Transportation Service Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Last updated November 2, 2026

The deposit, payment, cancellation, and on-board rules from the agreement every church group signs before a trip with Unlimited Churchways.

Church Group Coach

These are the terms of the Transportation Service Agreement that every Unlimited Churchways customer reviews and signs before a trip is booked. Unlimited Churchways is operated by Stretch LLC. In these terms, “Company” means Unlimited Churchways / Stretch LLC, and “Client” means the person who signs the agreement for the group. Your signed agreement, with your trip details, deposit, and total trip cost, is the contract for your trip.

1. Trip information & itinerary

  • The Client verifies that the pick-up date, times, number of passengers, and billing information on the agreement are correct. Changes to dates, pick-up times, or destinations once the agreement is signed may result in a price increase, unless otherwise stated in an email from an approved trip consultant or manager. Other fees may apply for garage times and itinerary changes.
  • Unlimited Churchways is not responsible for incorrect dates, times, or itineraries submitted by the signer, and there are no refunds for such errors.
  • Stretch LLC is not responsible for fulfilling itineraries developed by the customer that set times for arriving at certain locations after the initial pick-up time on the contract.
  • All itineraries and itinerary changes must be sent by email to quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com and approved in writing. Unapproved itineraries will not be used and will not result in any refund. Minor changes may be allowed at the manager’s discretion.
  • Final itineraries must be approved no later than 7 days before the trip date. Last-minute jobs (within the next day or so) are exempt from the 7-day rule but still need written approval from quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com.

2. Overtime

Overtime is permitted based on vehicle availability and is not guaranteed. Only the company dispatcher can authorize overtime. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and are charged according to the GPS tracking report for each vehicle. Drivers cannot waive overtime unless it is approved by dispatch. Overtime is charged by the hour, rounded up to the next hour, and is not prorated per minute.

3. Liability & limitation of damages

  • The person signing the agreement must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Maryland law.
  • Stretch LLC is not liable for damages caused by inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, traffic delays, or other unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control. We will do our best to reduce the impact of issues beyond our control.
  • Stretch LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle or for the safekeeping of any items. Drivers may look after belongings, but neither the drivers nor Stretch LLC are responsible for missing, broken, or damaged items left on the vehicles.
  • The customer holds Stretch LLC, its agents, sub-contractors, vendors, and employees harmless from the consequences of wrongful use by the customer or the customer’s guests, including the cost of defending against it.
  • Limitation of liability: In no event is the Company liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed flights or events, or emotional distress. The Company’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. This applies whatever the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

4. Replacement vehicles

If a vehicle breaks down, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If no replacement is available, the trip may be rescheduled within two weeks, for service up to one year from the contracted date, and deposits paid will be transferred to the new trip date. If a replacement vehicle is sent and the customer refuses it, the Client will be charged the total trip cost. Receiving a replacement or substitute vehicle does not warrant a full refund.

5. Damages & cleaning

  • The customer is responsible for all damage to the vehicle caused by the passengers, including excessive cleaning, beverage spills, broken seats, burns, or other interior damage, at the actual cost to repair or replace the damaged item.
  • Vomiting or other bodily fluids on the vehicle: an automatic $250 cleaning fee per incident.
  • Smoking in the vehicle: a $250 charge, and the trip ends immediately.
  • Cigarette burns: a $500 charge.
  • Ripped or damaged upholstery: a $750 to $2,500 charge, or the reasonable repair cost for that vehicle.
  • An excessive mess left in the vehicle (trash, empty bottles, food, or other items): a minimum $250 charge, up to $1,000.
  • If the vehicle is a total loss and the Client is at fault, the Client or the Client’s insurance company is responsible for the vehicle’s latest appraised value or NADA high retail book value, whichever is greater. The Client is also liable for “loss of use” after significant damage: the daily rental rate multiplied by the number of days from the date of damage until the vehicle is repaired or replaced.
  • Damage charges are billed to the card on file. All damage is repaired by a professional shop, and a final bill is presented to the signer. If the card declines, a final bill is emailed to the Client and is due within 15 business days. Unpaid damage claims are sent to our legal team after 30 days.

6. Dispute resolution, arbitration & waivers

  • The Client agrees to contact quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com in writing first, so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
  • Binding arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
  • Class action & jury waiver: All claims proceed individually, with no class, collective, or representative actions. The Client and the Company waive any right to a jury trial.
  • Governing law: Maryland law applies. Any court action must be brought only in Baltimore County, Maryland.
  • Time limit: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action, or it is forever barred.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unlimited Churchways / Stretch LLC, their agents, and employees from all claims, damages, losses, injuries, and expenses arising out of or resulting from any accidents or incidents. Client agrees not to sue, slander, or post bad reviews against Stretch LLC arising out of services rendered. If Stretch LLC has to defend any action brought by the Client, and it successfully defends that action, the Client agrees to pay Stretch LLC’s costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

8. Rates, deposits & cancellation policy

  • Day and hourly rates: A day rate covers 12 hours of service. Time beyond 12 hours may require a new driver (D.O.T. rules limit a driver to 10 hours of driving per day) and is subject to hourly overage charges (see section 2). All trips start when the vehicle leaves the garage and end when it returns to the garage. Overtime may apply if garage travel time is not listed on your final quote.
  • Deposit: By default, the deposit is 50% of the total trip cost. It is due at reservation. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), cash, certified check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Bitcoin (BTC). The deposit is part of, and applied to, the total trip cost, and it is non-refundable.
  • Trips booked 7 days out or less: full payment is due at booking.
  • Balance: The Client authorizes the Company to charge the remaining balance no later than 14 days before the event date. Our automated system may charge the balance up to 30 days before the trip, without notice. Unpaid balances result in trip cancellation with no refund.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the trip: the Client owes the entire charge for the event, including the deposit and total trip cost. The same applies if a trip has not been approved for a rescheduled date, if the passengers do not show up for the confirmed reservation, or if the trip is stopped early without authorization.
  • Moving your trip date: A trip date can be moved as long as notice is given no later than 7 days before the trip. The new date is good for up to 1 year. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable. A date move is not a cancellation.
  • How to cancel: Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com.
  • Changes after signing: Once the agreement is signed, early dismissal, a smaller group, fewer rental hours, or smaller buses do not change the price, unless previously stated in an email from quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com.
  • Optional Early Termination protection: At signing, the Client may add Early Termination protection for a fee shown on the agreement. With it, the Client is covered for a full refund of the total trip cost, for any reason, up to 24 hours before the pickup time (or an approved and confirmed time change by staff). Cancelling within 24 hours results in the loss of the deposit and/or total trip cost and the Early Termination fee. The Early Termination fee itself is never refunded. When it is added, the Early Termination terms govern instead of the standard cancellation rules above.

9. “Farm-out” / subcontracted work

Stretch LLC is a registered Maryland business. It reserves the right to “farm out” or subcontract any trip, and any type of vehicle, for any reason and at any time. Trips are run by DOT-licensed partner carriers, and Stretch LLC chooses vendors that are fully commercially insured. Stretch LLC carries commercial auto liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), a $3,000,000 umbrella, and workers’ compensation (employer’s liability $1,000,000). Certificate of insurance available on request. Stretch LLC cannot be held liable for a sub-contractor’s performance, including lateness due to traffic, weather, mechanical or electrical issues, or other unforeseen conditions. Any customer who contacts a sub-contractor, affiliate, or farm-out vendor directly will not be issued a refund under any circumstances, and any unpaid balance will still be processed.

10. Force majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government action, road closures, utility or fuel outages, or mechanical failures. The Company may, at its sole discretion, reschedule or terminate the agreement. No refund of the deposit is owed for these cancellations.

11. Passenger conduct & rules

  • The Client assumes all inherent risks of transportation and is responsible for the conduct of all passengers, including minors.
  • No illegal substances are permitted. If any are found, the trip ends with no refund.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on charter buses, motor coaches, school buses, or shuttles unless pre-approved. Everyone possessing or drinking alcohol must be 21 or older, with no exceptions, and the Client is responsible for verifying age.
  • Driver’s right to refuse or end the trip: The driver may refuse service to, or remove, any passenger who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or threatening, or who endangers the vehicle, the driver, or others. The driver may end the trip, without refund, at any location they consider safe. The Company is not responsible for alternate transportation after a trip is ended.
  • Any gross violation of local, state, or federal law results in the immediate end of the trip, with no exceptions.
  • Gratuity is included in the price.
  • You can verify receipt of any reservation with our sales office at (855) 443-2722. All calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

12. General provisions

  • Entire agreement: The signed agreement is the entire agreement and supersedes any prior or oral promises.
  • No oral changes: No changes are valid unless they are in writing and signed, or sent by email from quotes@unlimitedchurchways.com.
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: The Client may not assign the agreement. The Company may assign it to any affiliate or successor.
  • Electronic signature: An electronic signature (typed, initialed, or drawn) has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the federal ESIGN Act and Maryland’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
  • Attorneys’ fees: If the Company is the prevailing party, the Client pays the Company’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
  • Survival: The liability, indemnification, limitation of damages, dispute resolution, and attorneys’ fees provisions survive the end of the agreement.
